Log in, go to Deposit (or Wallet), and follow the instructions. Minimum amounts and supported methods are shown there. Once funded, you can start buying assets.
Browse our list of crypto assets on the Marketplace page. Each asset shows:
Select an asset, enter the amount you want to buy, and confirm. Your funds will be locked during the hold period.
Expected ROI (Return on Investment) is the percentage return you'll earn when you sell the asset after the hold period. Our average ROI is around 10%.
Example: Buy $1,000 of an asset with 10% ROI, hold for 12 months, then sell to receive $1,100 ($1,000 + $100 return).
Each asset has a set hold period (30-90 days for short-term, 12-36 months for long-term). You must hold the asset for this period to earn your expected ROI.
Your dashboard shows the remaining time for each asset. You'll be notified when the period ends and you can sell.
Once the hold period ends, you can sell your asset from your Portfolio or Dashboard. You'll receive your original amount plus the expected ROI.
Bonus Returns: If you leave the asset longer after the period ends, you earn additional bonus returns on top of your expected ROI.
Each asset has a set hold period. If you sell before the period ends, you may not receive the full expected ROI. Check each asset's details for specific early exit terms. We recommend holding for the full period.
Yes, you can buy multiple crypto assets at once. Each asset has its own expected ROI and hold period. Track them separately in your dashboard and sell each when its period ends to collect that asset's expected ROI.
Use a strong, unique password, enable two-factor authentication if available, and never share your login details. We will never ask for your password by email.
Regularly review your account activity in the Dashboard and report any suspicious activity immediately.
If you think your account was accessed without permission, contact us immediately at support@blockbitnest.net. Change your password and review recent activity in your account.
After logging in, use the Dashboard for overview, Wallet for detailed balances, and Transactions for a complete history. Your locked balance shows funds in active assets.
Available balance is funds you can use to buy new assets or withdraw. Locked balance is funds currently in active assets during their hold periods. Once you sell an asset, the funds (including ROI) become available.
Log in, go to Deposit (or Wallet), and follow the instructions. Minimum amounts and supported methods (crypto, bank transfer, etc.) are shown there.
Deposits may take time depending on the method. Check the deposit flow for expected timelines.
Processing times vary by method. Crypto deposits are usually faster (minutes to hours), while bank transfers may take 1-3 business days. If a deposit is delayed beyond the stated timeline, contact support with your transaction details.
Use the Withdraw section in your account. Ensure you have completed any required verification. Withdrawals may be subject to limits and processing times.
You can only withdraw from your available balance. Funds locked in active assets cannot be withdrawn until you sell those assets.
We may need to verify withdrawal requests for security and compliance. If it takes longer than stated, email us with your withdrawal reference number for assistance.
Copy trading lets you automatically copy trades from expert traders. When they buy assets, you buy the same assets automatically. You hold for the period they specify, then sell together to earn the expected ROI.
Your funds are locked during the copy period, and you cannot cancel early. Only an admin can end a copy trade in special cases.
At the end of the copy term, or when an admin ends it early. Profit is calculated from the expert's stated ROI. You'll receive your principal plus the expected ROI based on the expert's performance. This is credited to your wallet automatically or after admin processing.
Any applicable fees (e.g., withdrawal, management) are described in the product or payment sections of the platform and in our Terms of Service. All fees are transparent and shown before you complete any transaction.
Yes, there are minimum deposit, withdrawal, and asset purchase amounts (and maximums where they apply). These are shown in your account and in the relevant flows. They may vary by asset, product, or region.
